Positive Shifts: How I’m Transforming My Daily Routines

Things are shifting in a good way. I can feel the shift in different ways. This isn’t a bad shift, more of an expectation. It’s almost like coming into my own. Walking into rooms that I prayed about. Taking bold chances on myself, like actively pursuing my blog, creating content for my podcast, and embracing solo activities. Instead of waiting for something to happen. I’m planning and preparing, doing the work behind the scenes that no one sees.

This journey of personal growth is not just a shift, but a transformation that I’m actively pursuing. I’m not perfect, I’m sure I will have moments where I slip up, but being aware of this will help me to stay on track when I veer off.

As part of this shift, I’ve made intentional changes to my daily routines that are deeply personal to me. I’ve chosen to start my mornings with a slower pace, dedicating time to prayer and meditation instead of rushing into early morning workouts. This has brought a sense of calm and clarity to my day. Similarly, my evenings have transformed. I now focus on physical activity and quiet reflection over mindless scrolling on social media as a way to unwind. This has significantly improved my mental and emotional well-being.

As I continue to cultivate these habits, I can’t help but feel excited about the positive changes that are yet to come. This journey of personal growth is not just a shift, but a transformation that I’m actively pursuing. I’m not perfect, I’m sure I will have moments where I slip up, but being aware of the slip uo will help me to stay on track when I veer off. I’m eagerly anticipating the good things that are on the horizon, and I hope my journey can inspire others to make positive changes in their life as well.

Until next time,

Brie
